Dominic joined Griffin Law after training at a firm in Oxford. He has experience in a range of civil, commercial and employment disputes, but has a particular interest in commercial and intellectual property disputes in the technology and entertainment sectors.

    • Settlement agreements and non-disclosure agreements for leavers.
    • Advising claimants and defendants on claims for discrimination.
    • Contractual employment disputes, including restrictive covenant disputes.

Recent Work:

  • Acted for joint liquidators pursuing directors for misapplied bounce bank loans, unpaid directors loans, preference payments and transactions at an undervalue.
  • Acted for joint liquidators pursuing “de facto” and “shadow” directors for misfeasance.
  • Advised employees who had been made redundant from an international cyber security firm.
  • Acted on behalf of a Freeholder regarding a dispute with a leaseholder and neighbour.
  • Acted for a beneficiary of an estate which involved multiple jurisdictions, against the executor for negligence in administering the estate.
  • Acted for multiple company claimants, recovering debts from delinquent trade debtors.
  • Acting on behalf of sole traders and investment firms who were being pursued by HMRC for failed trust schemes.
  • Acting on behalf of UHNWI regarding their reputation management.
  • Acting on behalf of various claimants regarding professional negligence.
  • Acted for a landlord in a possession claim (Section 21).
