William is an experienced civil and commercial litigator, with over two decades of experience to draw upon.
He has dealt with a variety of matters including, but not limited to: contract disputes, contentious probate, property disputes (boundary, easements, prescriptive easements, rights of way, TOLATA, drainage, party walls etc.), commercial and residential landlord and tenant, shareholder and partnership disputes, trademark and copyright infringement, professional negligence, worldwide freezing orders (Mareva), private prosecutions (under Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988) etc..
He has dealt with both substantial (multi-million-pound) litigation in addition to more modest matters, defending and prosecuting and adapting his approach as appropriate to circumstances.
William strives to secure the best possible outcome with reference to the facts and circumstances, adopting a pragmatic approach toward a achieving a cost-effective outcome on dispute resolution.
William is dual qualified and is fluent in English, French and Afrikaans.
