The Griffin Law Charitable Foundation was created by our Founder to support national and international charities that fit with the Foundation’s ethos and pre-established requirements. Each month, the trustees of the Foundation meet to discuss how to dispense up to £1,000 to good works that may benefit from our funding. This Christmas season we have decided to make awards to twelve charities nominated from inside and outside of the firm. Meet the 12 charities approved for £250 donations for our ’12 Days of Christmas Giving 2025′ campaign.

But wait, there’s more!

The trustees have made two more special bequests of £250 each this Christmas. One is to help a special young girl who, while fighting her own battle with cancer, is caringly raising money for other children who suffer from this cruel illness. The other is to support the people to who struggle against immense and terrible odds to follow their Christian faith in Nigeria. At this time of celebration for Christ’s birth we pray that our donation will ease some of their suffering in His name.

Just Giving

Kirsty, a schoolgirl diagnosed with a brain tumour in November, underwent surgery and began 70 weeks of chemotherapy. Despite side effects, her eyesight and memory have improved. Inspired by Beads of Courage—funded by Children with Cancer UK—she is crocheting 70 bunting triangles, one per chemo week, to raise funds for the charity.

Thousands of Christians in Benue State, Nigeria, face ongoing crisis after brutal attacks by radical anti-Christian militants, killing over 200 and displacing many more. Survivors have lost their homes, livelihoods, and access to food, medicine, and shelter. Open Doors provides emergency aid to support these persecuted families in their desperation.

From everyone at Griffin Law and the Griffin Law Foundation we wish all of these charities, our clients, friends and neighbours our very best wishes for this Christmas Season.
