Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution Solicitor
(4 years PQE, uncapped earning potential, based in Kent).

Griffin Law is a well-established, Legal 500, niche litigation firm based on Kings Hill in Kent, serving both commercial and private clients throughout the UK and overseas.

Applications are invited from ambitious litigation solicitors seeking equal measures of challenge and reward.

ROLE

London lawyers seeking to reduce the level of commute will certainly find this an attractive opportunity, as will lawyers who are looking to relocate to or are already based within the South East and are looking for an exciting new challenge, within a very busy litigation team, where their efforts are recognised and rewarded accordingly.

Candidates will need to demonstrate from the outset the desire and ability to deliver agreed levels of support to existing clients and to establish and support new clients that they introduce to the firm through business development activities and marketing initiatives.

Due to its niche areas of practice the firm is consistently busy and has remained so throughout the pandemic having not made any redundancies or furloughed any staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 Years PQE
  • Demonstrable track record as an effective commercial litigator and fee earner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a diverse caseload

REMUNERATION

You will be paid a competitive basic salary (negotiable and subject to relevant experience) together with an unrivalled fee earner bonus and client introductory commission scheme that can significantly boost your remuneration. The working hours for this position are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive.  Full time employees receive 29 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays). All employees are eligible for Private Health Insurance on the successful completion of their probationary period.  The firm places great importance in ensuring that its employees achieve a good work-life balance.
